MAIL-IN MICROSOLDERING

Board-level expertise by mail

Nationwide mail-in microsoldering for eligible electronics and circuit boards with damaged connectors, lifted pads, broken traces, failed components, corrosion, or complex no-power faults.

EXPERT DIAGNOSTICS

Find the fault.
Fix the cause.

Many repair shops replace complete assemblies but cannot repair the circuit board itself. Mail-in microsoldering makes specialized equipment and component-level experience accessible nationwide. Send clear photos and the device history first; we confirm whether the project is appropriate before you ship, then inspect the board and establish a realistic repair path.

COMMON PROBLEMS
  • Lifted solder pads and torn circuit traces
  • Damaged HDMI, USB, charging, or power connectors
  • Short circuits and failed board-level components
  • Liquid exposure and localized corrosion
  • No-power or intermittent electronic faults
  • Previous repair damage and specialized modifications

WHAT WE HANDLE

Repair options.

Every repair begins with inspection and a clear explanation. We recommend only the work your device actually needs.

01

Connector replacement

Controlled removal and installation of board-mounted HDMI, USB, charging, power, and other connectors.

02

Pad & trace repair

Precision reconstruction of damaged electrical connections where impact or prior work has torn the board surface.

03

Component-level diagnostics

Electrical testing to locate shorted, open, failed, or abnormal components instead of replacing an entire board.

04

Corrosion evaluation

Magnified inspection and targeted remediation when liquid exposure has damaged repairable sections of a board.

05

Previous-work assessment

Evaluation of missing parts, excessive solder, heat damage, contamination, and lifted pads from earlier attempts.

06

Specialized modifications

Selected connector conversions and custom hardware changes assessed for compatibility and long-term reliability.

QUESTIONS

Before your repair.

Don’t see your exact problem? Contact us anyway—unusual electronic faults are one of our specialties.

Can I mail only the circuit board?+

Sometimes. In other cases the complete device is necessary for power, communication, or final testing. Contact us before disassembly so we can tell you what to send.

Is every damaged board repairable?+

No. Extensive multilayer damage, severe corrosion, unavailable components, or missing technical information can make a reliable repair impractical.

What information should I provide first?+

Include the device or board model, symptoms, damage history, previous repair attempts, and clear photos of the affected area when possible.

Do you guarantee data recovery?+

No. Board repair may restore device operation, but stored data can already be damaged or inaccessible. Important data should be backed up whenever the device still permits it.
