Standard eligible controller repairs include a six-month limited warranty. TMR and Hall-effect stick upgrades include a one-year limited warranty.

Coverage begins on the repair completion date and applies to the original customer and the repaired device.
Standard repairs
Eligible standard controller repairs are covered for six months against defects in the installed part and Elite Electronic Repair’s workmanship.
TMR / Hall-effect upgrades
Eligible TMR and Hall-effect stick upgrades receive one year of limited coverage for the installed stick components and workmanship.
Parts & workmanship
Coverage applies when the repaired fault returns because of a covered installed part or the workmanship performed during the original repair.
Damage & unrelated faults
Physical or liquid damage, misuse, tampering, contamination, normal wear, and faults unrelated to the original repair are excluded.
Inspection required
Contact us with the original repair details and current symptoms. The controller must be inspected before warranty coverage is approved.
Approved mail-in claims
The customer pays inbound shipping. If the claim is approved, Elite Electronic Repair covers tracked return shipping within the United States.
Warranty service repairs or replaces the covered part or corrects covered workmanship at Elite Electronic Repair’s discretion. Warranty coverage does not restart or extend the original term.

How long does a repair take? +
Most repairs are completed within 3–5 business days after your controller arrives and the quote is approved. Shipping time is additional.

What if my controller can’t be repaired? +
We’ll contact you with the available options before doing any work. No surprise repairs or added charges.
Will my controller be tested? +
Yes. Every completed repair receives a multi-point check for buttons, triggers, sticks, vibration, charging, and connectivity.
Can I send more than one controller? +
Absolutely. List each controller in your quote request so we can prepare one clear estimate and set of shipping instructions.
