How much does mail-in controller repair cost?+

Standard stick-drift repair starts at $45 and TMR or Hall-effect upgrades start at $70. Other faults and modifications are quoted after the model and requested work are reviewed.

Do I need to send cables or accessories?+

Usually no. Send only the controller unless we specifically ask for a cable, receiver, charging dock, or other accessory needed to reproduce the fault.

How quickly will my controller be returned?+

Most controller work is completed within the stated shop turnaround after arrival and approval. Shipping time and parts availability are additional.
